I am “tickled turquoise about the Wish Upon a Wedding Blissful Wishes Ball that took place in Chicago on Monday, November 1st at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. The Chicago Board of Wish Upon a Wedding is pleased to announced we raised $35,000! What an amazing night of wedding and soecial events industry people getting together to have fun, celebrate the end of wedding season and raise money and awareness for a great cause.
Our hosts for the evening were Dana Kozlov from CBS2 Chicago and Dan Bernstein from Boers and the Bears on The Score. They did an amazing job telling the story of Wish Upon a Wedding’s history. Dana was there at our first wish of Beth and Nick to cover it for CBS as well. Dana said to me, “I was as honored to co-host the first Wish Upon a Wedding Gala as I was to cover the chapter’s first wedding. The Gala was a fabulous way to ensure the chapter’s wishes continue.
