If you have been following the blog for some time you know that I attend many wedding and event industry conferences to continue learning about new trends but also to learn about good business practices and how to run a successful wedding planning business. On Sunday, I leave for Grand Cayman at the Ritz Carlton to attend the Engage!10 Luxury Wedding Business Summit. This year I am so excited as I have been asked to present with three of my good friends I have made over the years (Liene Stevens of Think Splendid, Harmony Walton of The Bridal Bar and Donna Von Bruening of DVB Photographers). We will be doing a session on “getting the most of Engage!”
I can not wait to see the speakers at this event and reconnect with old friends and make some new friends as well. And maybe, just maybe, I can sit at the pool for a little bit and enjoy a walk on Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach.
